Refund policy

I spend many hours creating and curating beautiful items that I always want to be well received! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, including what Ive noted below, PLEASE contact me and I will do whatever I can to ensure a positive experience.

If a handmade or manufactured item isnt satisfactory because it arrives damaged or not as pictured. Please notify me immediately upon delivery and send a photo of the items condition. I address each situation on a case-by-case basis and will discuss an equitable solution for a refund or exchange options. 

Within 3 business days, If you simply don't want the item and it is unused or if its in a sealed package and unopened. You may return it for a refund minus the shipping costs. 

Many of my handmade items are made from natural elements like shells and driftwood. Some pieces can come with natural chips or cracks that are inherent to the piece. I will NOT refund based on this. Please see all photos and feel free to ask for more photos before shipping if you have any concerns.
